Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Coven-Goldman Associates and related entities own and manage over 1,000,000 square feet of single-story office and warehouse buildings. These buildings are situated in different suburban areas in and around Greater Cleveland. Our properties provide excellent highway access, they were developed with functional open floor plans, abundant parking, with well-designed truck courts and loading areas.
